WOODFORD HOUSE feels like home with downstairs a large lounge and modern, open plan TV/family room/kitchen with separate laundry and a large paved courtyard with a double volume roof and big skylight, gas fireplace and tropical plants around you. And in winter our under floor heating in the TV/family room/kitchen, laundry and bathrooms is very comfortable. You can enjoy your breakfast in the kitchen, in the lounge or on its terrace outside, at the poolside under the veranda and the barbeque area all with panoramic views of the beach and often fantastic sunsets over the ocean.

UPSTAIRS:
All three bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 have got panoramic sea and beach views and you can enjoy these views from your bed looking down onto the sea through our large low down windows. All three bedrooms have air-conditioning.

DOWNSTAIRS:
Bedroom 4 with two single beds and bathroom en-suite has got a door and window to the courtyard, while the entrance is from the hall. It does not need air-conditioning and is the only room in the house without a sea view. For the business person this room is very private, feels away from the rest of the house and is comfortably furnished with a big working table, a computer using the 32"TV screen and HP printer/scanner. This allows you to fax as well.

Facilities

Satellite DStv with selected channels like M-net in all four bedrooms. On request we can supply more channels at cost. A big Sony 32"LCD screen in bedrooms 1,3 and 4 and big Sony 29" flat screen in bedroom 2. DVD player in bedroom 1. DStv with virtually all channels in the family room with Sony 42" plasma screen and Sony surround sound theatre system with DVD player. For the kids Sony Play Station 2 ( optional DVD player ) with games.
ADSL permanent wireless internet connection free of charge in the whole house.
Lock up garage, Off street parking
Built in safe.

Heated swimming pool for all seasons and water up to 30 degrees centigrade. Small kids swim forever. Relaxing on a beach chair while watching the sea / reading a book and swimming in the warm water can be very nice during midday of a sunny Cape Town winters day of 16 to 20 degrees.

Rate for a group depending on number of persons and season.
