Dysart Road villa offers comfortable selfcatering holiday accommodation within walking distance to the Waterfront and close to the city. The accommodation comprises a lounge/dining room and kitchen with a stove, washing machine and microwave. There is a breakfast nook, a barbeque and a private deck with patio furniture. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with one en-suite.

The house is on three levels

Middle level

The entrance from the garage is on this level and there is a lounge/dining room. The lounge has a TV with DSTV and a music centre. There is a well equipped kitchen with a breakfast table in it. There is also a bathroom and the second bedroom with a double bed on this level.

Upper level

The upper level has the main bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There is also a small dining room, with an indoor barbeque, opening out onto a balcony on the one side and the small attic bedroom, with two single beds, on the other side.

Basement level

There is also a basement level pictures not shown (Sleeps 4) (not usually included for short term rentals). On this level there are two bedrooms and a bathroom accessed via an indoor staircase from the middle level so they can be integrated with the rest of the house if there are large groups of people.

Green Point where this selfcatering comfortable villa is located is a short drive to Cape Town city centre. There are numerous buses and taxis that travel into the city as well. It is also within a ten minute drive of the popular beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton and is is minutes away from the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point restaurants.
