Leeukoppie Villa

Leeukoppie Villa is a modern beach house which sleeps up to eight people. There is a master bedroom and three other bedrooms all with double beds and incredible views of the ocean. The master bedroom has a bathroom on suite and the other three share two bathrooms. Bathrooms have both showers and baths and large mirror space. There is a playroom on the ground floor.

The open plan kitchen, dining and living room are all situated on the middle level and lead out to the deck, pool and lawned area. All having mesmerizing views of the ocean. This level has large sliding doors that open up to both the mountain side as well as to the sea side. The deck and 18m lap pool and lawn is north facing with deck chairs and chez-lounges well positioned to absorb the warm summer sun's rays.
 
The ground floor is where the playroom is situated, equipped with a pool table, darts, a bar, two single beds and a tv and music system. This playroom has its own lawn and warm outside shower to rinse off in after a day on the beach.
 
There is garage space for two cars.
The house is fully equipped with internet, tv and dvd player, music systems (takes Ipod), fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and scullery.
 
George, our Malawian house man is in attendance daily 08h00 till 17h00 Monday to Friday.

The villa is fully alarmed with external and internal beams linked to 24 hr armed response with the dedicated Llandudno based ADT Security Unit.
