Leading off one bedroom is a sunny enclosed balcony ideal for early morning coffee and reading the newspaper.

Downstairs

All rooms have high ceilings and combined with the numerous windows create a sense of space filled with natural light. The lounge has a large bay window and is decorated using natural woods. (note there is no television). There is a separate dining room which seats six at a large wooden table. The dining room opens out onto the back patio.

The large kitchen is fully equiped with all the necessary equipment and utensils and leads out onto a sunny patio. There is a gas oven and hob, microwave and washing machine and a large wooden table seating eight people.
