The entire house is yours for total privacy and exclusivity and accommodates up to 6 people. The world famous African Penguin colony is just a short walk away. Relax and sit back on the spacious patio and watch the Southern Right Whales drift by.

The comfortable accommodation includes an open plan living area including lounge, dining room and fully fitted kitchen (all with sea views).

There are three spacious double bedrooms with sea and mountain views. There are three bathrooms with one being en-suite. The family bathroom has a shower and bath. There is also a guest toilet. Beds consist of three double beds.

The TV room has a sleeper couch where additional guests can stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with a hob& oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The front sun patio with garden furniture and a BBQ allow you to soak up the atmosphere and views of False Bay. There is a lovely swimming pool for cooling off.
