Berkley apartment has three bedrooms and sleeps 6 people. The apartment downstairs has two bedrooms which lead out onto a courtyard. There are three double beds and two full bathrooms, with the main en-suite, as well as a guest toilet.

The open plan lounge has a fireplace and the dining area seats 6 people. The lounge opens onto the balcony which is furnished with fashionable wrought iron patio furniture. The balcony enjoys fantastic views and amazing sunsets.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven and microwave while a separate scullery houses the washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer.
