Recently renovated double storey Victorian townhouse, very central, being right in the City Bowl in a quiet part of Tamboerskloof yet close to the buzz of Kloof Street which has a wonderful selection of restaurants.

Carstens Road villa has a tastefully furnished lounge with a fireplace and TV. The large open plan dining room and kitchen with wooden floors are fitted with state of the art furnishings.

The kitchen is modern, with granite tops and well equipped with an oven and hob, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The dining room opens onto an attractive, enclosed courtyard with a small plunge pool. A patio table and chairs and a portable barbeque allow for lovely evening drinks and meals in the privacy of your courtyard.

Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The bedrooms each have a double bed and a balcony.

The loft room has an extra two beds for additional guests.

The house is serviced once a week (including the cleaning of the pool).

Lovely views of Table Mountain from the upstairs balcony.
