The open plan ground floor has a living area with fireplace and dining area with exposed brickwork.
The kitchen extends off these two areas; it has a breakfast bar area that looks up to the glass skylight on the first floor roof. As well as a unique counter top area that pulls out from under the sink there is also a lockable store room and black slate cloakroom with stainless steel toilet and urinal.
The first floor consists of a large glass bathroom with a skylight shower. The air-conditioned bedroom leads out to a private wooden deck; steps take you up to a large roof terrace with sun loungers, table and Jacuzzi that has spectacular views of Table Mountain and the Harbour.
