It has 3 bedrooms. One king-size bed, a double bed and in the loft there are two double beds and a three-quarter bed. There are two bathrooms.

There is a shady patio area downstairs and the upstairs deck has lovely views of the waterfront and sea.

Croxteth Road is a quiet Victorian street, close to all the most popular tourist attractions and a few minutes drive from the V&A Waterfront, Sea Point restaurants and beaches.

Green Point is very central as it borders the city, V&A Waterfront and Sea Point.
