Relax on the stunning pool deck which overlooks the bay and take in the pristine seascape before you. There are few accommodation establishments which can offer luxurious accommodation, the most delicious breakfasts on a protected patio, a crystal clear swimming pool and all of this with a magical sea view.

Centrally located in Simon's Town high up against the mountain slopes, the Grosvenor Guest House offers you an ideal base from which to explore the Cape Point Route. A winding pathway from the guest house will take you down to the Main Road of Simon's Town and directly into the village with its myriad of interesting little clothing, jewellery, furniture, curio and bric-a-brac stores, coffee shops and restaurants.

There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. A romantic Honeymoon Suite with its own balcony is available. Each room has a hospitality tray on which you will find tea, coffee, sugar, sweetener, milk and cups and saucers. Please feel free to ask management to stock you up should you run out of any of these.

Suites are provided with fans, electric blankets, heaters, extra blankets and pillows should you require them.

Bathrooms are equipped with personal toiletries and high quality towels which are rotated daily.

The lounge is a communal entertainment area free for guests to use to relax and watch TV, listen to music or have a sundowner. The honesty bar is in the dining room area and is available for guests to use. Wireless internet facilities are available on site.

The heated swimming pool is available all year round for guests to use including pool towels to use on the pool deck.
