This self catering North facing unit offers stunning sea and mountain views from all rooms. The lounge and dining areas are directly linked to the outdoor entertainment area with a swimming pool and barbeque facilities.

The apartment is the spacious downstairs of a double story house, completely separate to the apartment upstairs and has stunning sea and mountain views.

The three spacious en-suite bedrooms have queen, double and two single beds respectively. Two have their own balcony. There is also an additional guest bathroom.

The sunny lounge has a fireplace , TV , DSTV, DVD and a music centre The lounge and dining area lead to the games room with a snooker table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with separate scullery including a microwave, oven & hob, coffee perculator, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and more.

There is an area with study and washing machine & tumble dryer.

A cleaning service is available on request at an additional cost.

The house is a 5 minutes drive to the beach and 15 minutes to the city and Waterfront.

There is an alarm system for security.

Children must be 12 years and older.
