This lovely home has a small garden, a sparkling splash pool and beautiful views over the harbour. You can walk down to the Simonstown Jubilee Square, historic seaside shops and restaurants. The approach to the house is up garden steps and across the patio into an open plan lounge and dining with fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen has a stove/oven, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. There is one bedroom with 2 single beds, on ground level with bathroom en suite. This opens onto the patio and pool area. The two bedrooms upstairs both have double beds. There are two bathrooms upstairs, with main en suite. The patio has peaceful beautiful views and is very private.

There is a secure lock up garage.
