Kings holiday accommodation is a conveniently situated comfortable home set in the heart of Sea Point, close to Bantry Bay. The Waterfront, the beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton, excellent shopping facilities and fine restaurants are all close by.

Indoor

This comfortable well furnished home has a very spacious lounge, dining room and television nook.

There are two bedrooms with one large bedroom downstairs with a double bed as well as a dressing room. There is one bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Upstairs there is another loft bedroom, accessible via a steep spiral staircase, suitable for older children.
An external studio apartment, equipped for self catering, has its own shower and sleeps another two people in two single beds.

The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, washing machine, fridge/freezer and tumble dryer. The entertainment facilities include TV, a VCR and a music centre.

Outdoor

The enclosed small back garden has a round pool which is fenced for safety. There is also a barbeque patio outside. There is covered off street parking with a gate.
