Nestled on the slopes of Table Mountain, this upmarket loft apartment is just a stone's throw away from the hub of trendy Kloof Street with all it's cafes, restaurants, boutiques and galleries, but still hidden enough to retain its peaceful atmosphere.

Checkers supermarket as well as The Lifestyle Centre on Kloof is within walking distance for all your grocery needs and there are also two deli's and a bakery only a few blocks away. Sights within walking distance include the Company Gardens, National Gallery, South African Museum, and the Planetarium with Green Market Square, Table Mountain cable way and the V&A Waterfront less than a 5 minute drive away. Lets not forget Cape Town's famous white sand beaches like Campsbay, Clifton and Llandudno - all within 10 to 15 minutes drive away.

The apartment has built in air conditioning and heating and comes with a TV and DVD player. Up the stairs on the mezzanine level, secluded from the rest of the apartment but still retaining the benefit of open plan space, you will find the bedroom with queen size bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including washing machine, and has a cosy breakfast bar.

The lounge opens onto a balcony with a spectacular view of impressive Table Mountain with Kloof Street just below, meandering down to the city centre and Cape Town harbour. On a clear day you can see beyond the city limits all the way to the Hottentots Holland mountain range just beyond the famous wine region of Stellenbosch.

Within the complex there is a swimming pool and a laundry room, but if you prefer to have your laundry done for you, you can always drop it off at the laundromat around the corner on Kloof Street.

The apartment comes with undercover parking for one car, but there is also visitors parking within the complex gates. The complex also has full 24 hour security.
