The comfortable three bedroom home with an upstairs adaptable living area, comfortably sleeps 6 to 11, and is ideal for large or small groups and is available for long or short term rental.

The accommodation consist of three well appointed bedrooms, two looking out over the slopes of Signal Hill and a main bedroom with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Robben Island.

All have full en-suite bathrooms, balconies with large French doors equipped with security gates.

In addition, for large groups, the upstairs living area can easily be organized to take up to 3 single beds.

Green Point borders the city, V&A Waterfront and Sea Point, which are all within walking distance and is only a short drive from the Table Mountain cableway.
