The house has three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms (Two en-suite). There are two single beds and two double beds. There is also an extra room upstairs.

The bright and airy, comfortably furnished lounge and dining room are connected with an archway.

The fully equipped kitchen with eating nook is open plan to the TV room and has been recently renovated. Entertainment facilities include television, a video machine and music centre.

The kitchen is very well equipped and has a stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.

There is a pretty garden with patio furniture and barbeque facilities and a lovely swimming pool (not fenced).

The property is secure with a wall and a double garage with remote control and direct access to the property.

This lovely self catering holiday home is situated in Newlands, Cape Town, and is a 10 - 15 minute drive to Cape Town and a 15 - 30 minute drive to the beaches of the Atlanitic Ocean and False Bay and a 30 - 40 minute drive to the Winelands.
