There are many excellent Delis and restaurants close by - try the Newport Deli for breakfast. For the energetic, you can jog along the promenade to Sea Point or have a round of golf at the Metropolitan or check in at the Virgin Active Gym in Greenpoint.

Other attractions in easy walking distance are the Green Point Craft Market and the historic Mouille Point Lighthouse. Or take a short drive to the local beaches at Clifton and Camps Bay or the cableway up to Table Mountain. If you don't have a car there are buses and taxis and shuttle services to take you wherever you want.
