The cottage is fully furnished and equipped and within easy walking distance from amenities such as cafes, restaurants, deli’s, bus routes and all the entertainment and variety of the world famous V&A Waterfront – the #1 Tourist attraction in South Africa.

Original wooden floors ensure character whilst a beautiful chandelier in every room adds to the old world charm. A modern living room with separate, although open dining room ensures easy entertaining. Entertainment facilities include satellite TV (DSTV) and CD / DVD Player.

The kitchen is beautifully renovated with stainless steel surfaces, unique lighting and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including fridge, washing machine & tumble dryer, stove (hob/plates & oven), microwave oven, kettle & toaster. Full range of crockery & cutlery.

The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, and offers a separate sun lounge area with two wingback chairs. The second bedroom has two single beds with door leading onto back courtyard.
