Inside

This holiday home is the top level of the house with lovely sea and mountain views and has its own entrance, driveway and parking. The large lounge and dining area with open plan kitchen have an amazing view and open onto a pirvate view balcony equipped with patio furniture and braai facilities. It is completely seperate and private to the terrace apartment on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with stove/oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. There are three attractive bedrooms plus a bunk room. Two have double beds, and one has two singles. There is a smaller room with 2 bunk beds. There are two bathrooms with one en-suite bathroom.

Facilities include DSTV television, DVD and a music centre.

All linen is provided excluding beach towels.

Double garage and off street parking.

Private balcony and braai facilities on the upper level with wonderful views across to False Bay.

The lower pool garden is shared by all accommodation, accompanying the splash pool are a thatched lapa, barbeque, sun loungers, wrought iron table and chairs.

A housekeeper and caretaker are resident on the property to add to your convenience for laundry, daily servicing, baby sitting, chauffeur driver at an additional fee.
