Indeed the views can be seen from the beds and so one can stay in bed and enjoy the view whilst having breakfast!
On the lower level there is a further alcove/room which can be used as a study or occasional guest room. It has a shower and toilet en suite. It has a queen size sofa bed, fax/answer phone and internet connection, desk and bookshelves. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, ample good quality crockery and glassware with gourmet cooking equipment.
The dining and living room which leads onto the garden through sliding glass doors is a perfect entertainment area. The garden which is private and quiet, looks over Camps Bay where one can hear the sound of waves breaking on the beach. It is equipped with sun loungers, a bench, dining table and chairs, a large console table and barbeque and is landscaped with huge terracotta pots containing indigenous plants and shrubs.
The property is very comfortable, decorated in an Afro-Colonial style. It is cooled throughout in the summer by electric ceiling fans, attractive bamboo blinds and awnings. The apartment is located in Roodeberg which is a prestigious complex, much sought after for its phenomenal views, security and high standard of garden maintenance with electric security gates at the entrance to the complex and lockup garages are operated by remote control. The house has its own security system. There are two pools in the complex which are for your use. The living room is equipped with a state-of-the-art home theatre (compact disc, DVD and radio all with wrap around sound system) and DSTV.
