Sea The View

The View Guesthouse is located in a quiet cul de sac in the centre of Simons Town. It is only a 4 min walk along several pathways to the Main Road of Simons Town where you will find many great waterfront restaurants, interesting shops and sporting & adventure companies (including shark cage diving near Seal Island & kayaking to Boulders Beach to see the famous Penguins).

With sea view balconies leading off the 2 main en suite bedrooms, a third bedroom with own  bathroom, a large kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, a beautifully furnished & comfortable lounge and dining room leading through double doors to a very private garden & bbq area overlooking False Bay, this self catering house has all the features of an exceptional holiday home.

This holiday home can accommodate up to 6 guests in the main house (Captain's View) & studio apartment (Sailor's View).

CAPTAIN'S VIEW - If you only require accommodation for up to 4 guests, you can book the main house only.

SAILOR'S VIEW -  Alternatively you can book the studio apartment only, which can accommodate up to 2 guests.

The main bedrom offers a king size extra long bed with sunrise view, double glass doors leading onto sea view balcony. Seating area and en suite bathroom with bath and large shower

The second bedroom offers  a Queen size extra long bed with sunrise view, glass sliding door leading onto sea view balcony. Flat screen TV with satellite DSTV, seating area and en suite bathroom with large shower.

The third bedroom offers a double size bed and bathroom with very large shower with view.

All bedrooms offer fans, linen and towels and complimentary bathroom soaps.

• Sea The View is a non-smoking residence. You are welcome to smoke outside.
• No pets are allowed
• Child safety issues – no children under 12
• Complimentary once weekly house cleaning for stays longer than 7 days. Additional house cleaning can be arranged at an added cost.
