Serengeti is in a modern block of flats in an old suburb called Gardens, Cape Town. A contemporary apartment which is in a convenient and quiet area of town, ideal for people on business trips, short breaks or holidays.

There are two double bedrooms with one en-suite. The flat is fitted with security shutters over the doors onto the balcony which are electronically controlled, and in the bedroom, by remote. In bedroom 1 you can sleep with the sliding door open onto the balcony and allow ventilation while darkening the room. There are two locks on the front door and a security gate. Each wardrobe is fitted with a small safe for valuables.

The flat is on the first floor and there is a lift.

There is a mosaic shower room for bedroom 1 (this one has a balcony) and a mosaic en suite bathroom for bedroom 2 with a shower over the bath.

The kitchen has all essential appliances including a dishwasher.

There is ample off-street parking behind a security gate and a reserved bay for 101 Serengeti.
