is the commercial and residential capital of the Helderberg Basin whilst maintaining its village atmosphere. The Helderberg Nature Reserve, close by, is rich in the Cape Fynbos.

The Strand and Gordon's Bay, seaside towns on the warm Indian Ocean of False Bay, are about 15 kilometers away.

Golfers are spoilt for choice with several courses in easy driving distance - Erinvale, Spier and Boshenmeer.
