Economical holiday home which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The en-suite has a shower and wc, while the family bathroom has a bath, shower and wc. There is one double bed, four single beds and a double sleeper couch.

The lounge and dining room allow for relaxed holiday living and the sun room opens out onto the patio.

Entertainment facilities include two television sets with DSTV, a video machine and music centre.

The kitchen is very well equipped and has a stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.

There is a garden with patio furniture, barbeque facilities & an indoor bar and a lovely swimming pool (not fenced). The garden enjoys a view of Table Mountain.

There is security and off street parking.
