Fully equipped self catering bachelor flat above a private home in beautiful Llandudno with magnificent unrestricted sea, sunset and mountain views from the balcony and within walking distance to Llandudno and Sandy Bay beaches

The accommodation consists of a large bedroom with a queen size bed which leads onto the balcony which has lovely views of the sea and mountains. There is an en-suite shower, bidet, basin and WC.

The large open plan lounge leads onto the balcony and there is a double sleeper couch in lounge to sleep additional guests. There is also a guest shower, bidet, basin and WC.

Entertainment includes a television (satellite reception) and you can cool off in the shared rock pool in the garden.

The flat is fully equipped for selfcatering and there is a 4-plate gas stove with extractor fan and microwave in the kitchen.

Outside there is a weber barbecue facility.
