Sunbird Close is a three-bed roomed, modern family house, situated close to Blouberg beach. From any of the Blouberg beaches marvellous views can be seen of Table Mountain and Robben Island. Major windsurfing competitions are often held along this coast.

The house comprises two double and one twin room. Double rooms have doors opening to the pool area.

There are two full bathrooms, main en-suite and a guest toilet.

The remaining area consists of a large living/dining area with an open plan kitchen. TV ,music system and DVD player, from here French doors lead out to the Barbecue/pool area.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes fridge, stove, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and all necessary cooking and eating utensils.

A safe and secluded back garden provides the ideal setting for enjoying barbecues next to the sparkling pool; for candlelit dinners; or indulging in some private sunbathing!

The property also has a Double garage and full alarm system.
