floor two-bedroom apartment, located less than a minute's walk from
Muizenberg beachfront and Surfers Corner. Melrose road is a quiet,
protected road that runs parallel to 1st line of buildings on the
beachfront therefore making this address the perfect quiet holiday
hideaway. Because of it's location, The Atlantic is spared the noise
generated from the beachfront & it's parking lot yet it is a
stone's throw away.

Other amenities such as coffee shops, restaurants,
supermarkets, a post office, a liquor store, clothing boutiques,
book shops, bars and pubs are all within very close walking distance.
For the more energetic, there are numerous stunning mountain trails
and walks in the Muizenberg (off Boyes Drive) and Silvermine Mountain
ranges. Walks through Cecelia forest and the well-known "Elephant's
Eye" trail are not far off in the Tokai area and the colorful
fishing harbour of Kalk Bay and the naval base of Simonstown are
both within short driving distance.
At Sandvlei Lake, there are many boating activities such as yachting,
windsurfing and canoeing. Golf courses are within close driving
distance, Westlake and Steenberg Golf Course being the most notable.
Muizenberg is on the door step of South Africa's oldest and most
historic wine area, the Constantia valley wine route with well known
estates such as Steenberg, Groot Constantia, Constantia Uitsig and
Buitenverwagting. All the wine estates in the Constantia valley
have tasting centres and amazing restaurants and bistros.
Muizenberg is Cape Town's premier surfing beach and the area has
an abundance of surf shops and even has two surf schools. Being
on the False Bay side of Cape Town, it is also one of the few beaches
in Cape Town where one is able to swim without the aid of a wetsuit!
The apartment offers two double bedrooms, one with an extra length
Queen-size bed and the other with two Single beds (an extra bed
can be provided). Two bathrooms (One with a shower and the other
with a bath / shower).
Open living room / dining room with a Large 34 sq m balcony including
an outdoor dining area and barbeque. Living room includes DSTV &
DVD player.
All linen, bedding & bath & beach towels provided.
