Surrounded by dramatic mountain peaks, this delightfully bright, contemporary, family home is perfect for alfresco living.

With a distinctive Cape feel, it sleeps 4 people very comfortably in two large bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and the other twin beds) and has two bathrooms (main en suite). A fifth person can be accommodated on a single sleeper couch, either in the second bedroom or the lounge

The open-plan lounge and dining room lead directly out to an extensive, sheltered and peaceful garden filled with indigenous trees, flowers and birds. The lounge overlooks a crystal clear swimming pool where you can swim in complete privacy. Dine at a table on the creeper-shaded patio alongside the pool or warm yourself around the Jetmaster fireplace indoors.

A Weber-type braai is available for use, and around the pool are loungers and a large sun umbrella. Please note that the pool is unfenced and thus unsuitable for small children and those that have not learnt to swim.

The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering: a hob/oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine.

Plenty of gated off-street parking is available, including shade net-covered parking for one vehicle. The premises are fully fenced and alarmed, including outdoor and indoor beams to keep you safe.

Other facilities include a TV (with M Net), DVD Player/Recorder and CD sound system.

Last but not least is the presence of Budd, the resident, highly affectionate and talkative tabby cat. All he needs is some love and pellets twice a day.
