This luxury 3 bedroom holiday villa can comfortably accommodate 7 people, it is very spacious and has been elegantly decorated. The main living area on the top level has stunning views of the Twelve Apostle mountains and the Atlantic Ocean.
The house is divided into two levels, the upper level sleeps up to 7 adults comfortably (the holiday house) while the ground level is a spacious bachelor flat which can sleep 2 people. The flat is let separately or can be included if the whole house is required to sleep 9 people.
The large octagonal living room has views to the ocean and Lion’s Head mountain.
The dining room seats 12 at the mahogany dining table with side-board. There are glass doors opening onto the large upstairs sea view terrace. On the opposite side of the room there are glass doors leading to the private garden with views of Table Mountain, creating a brightly naturally lit room with stunning views.
A Spacious TV room with digital satellite TV (DSTV) and a DVD player. The TV room can double as an additional bedroom if required.
The kitchen has built-in cupboards, twin sinks, washing machine, microwave, and electrical appliances. With back door opening onto a barbeque area with views up to the mountain.
The first floor level has a master bedroom with a large double bedroom with views of Table Mountain, Queen size bed, built in wardrobes, dressing table, armchair and large en-suite with twin wash hand basins, separate shower and Jacuzzi bath.
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, with built in wardrobes and mountain views. There is a large bathroom with separate shower, bath, toilet and wash hand basin.
The third bedroom suitable for children contains three single beds.
All beds are extra long and 100% pure cotton linen is used on all beds.
There is direct secure access to the first level of the house and a single garage.
The bachelor flat is directly accessible through the secure motorised double garage on the ground level or a locked door which enters the garden.

Although the entire house can be rented out (holiday house and bachelor flat together) the bachelor flat on the lower level is rented out separately to the Camps Bay holiday house on the upper level.
A resident house keeper will welcome guests and can serve morning tea and coffee. The house keeper will also be available for ironing and baby sitting if required at an extra charge.
