This self catering holiday home is situated in Llandudno on the Cape Town Atlantic Coast and has magnificent unrestricted sea, sunset and mountain views. It is within walking distance to Llandudno and Sandy Bay beaches

This fully equipped, self-catering house has three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathtub, shower, basin and WC. The other two bedrooms have a double bed and two singles and share a bathroom (shower and basin).

Living accommodation consists of an open plan lounge, TV room and dining areas. There is also a children’s playroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and includes a dishwasher for easy holiday catering.

Entertainment facilities include television with satellite reception.

There is a built-in outdoor barbeque/braai facility.

Parking is available in a garage for one vehicle and one uncovered off-street parking bay

This child and pet friendly house is less than 100 m from the sea and has a wonderful large fenced swimming pool.

Clean bath towels and linen are provided once a week but please bring your own beach towels

Sunset Rocks is a serene coastal village on the foot of Little Lion’s Head Mountain and situated between Llandudno and the Sandy Bay Nature Reserve.

The beaches are clean with soft white sand and refreshing seawater. The area boasts of its low crime rate owing to there being only one entrance into the area and the 24 hour security / medical presence.
