Situated on an extremely popular and exclusive Golf Estate just 30 minutes from Cape Town Centre, this very popular Villa is furnished to the highest standard and offers everything you could possibly need from Self Catering accommodation.

Sleeping 8 people in 4 separate Bedrooms, this Villa also has the additional benefit of a Travel Cot for the younger families too.

The Villa comprises of a very large ‘Open Plan’ Lounge and Kitchen/Dining area, which benefits from comfortable leather couches, Satellite TV, and a DVD Player, whilst the fully equipped Kitchen includes (amongst other things) a large ‘American Style’ refrigerator. The Dining Table seats 8 people comfortably and all three areas step out to the Pool and Entertainments area via Patio and French Doors.

The Bedroom section of the house is off to the rear with the Master Bedroom benefiting from not only a large spacious Dressing Area and a full en-suite bathroom, but also stepping out onto the patio pool area via a set of French Doors. Three Further Bedrooms are incorporated within the Villa (1 Double and 2 Twins) whilst also having a large second bathroom with double basins, bath and shower

The Entertainments ‘Stoop’ area also has an additional outdoor large dining table, and a built-in traditional South African Braai (BBQ). The Pool and Entertainments area are all contained within a large and extremely Private Garden area that includes an outside Shower for those of you wishing to cool off during the long, hot, sunny day! The Villa also has an automatic Double garage and off-road parking for several other cars. All Linen and Towels are provided.
