This house is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a peaceful, tranquil area in Bishopscourt, Southern Suburbs.

Villa Victor Hugo comprises 3 bedrooms downstairs and a 4th upstairs. There are 2 full bathrooms downstairs, a guest toilet and a bathroom upstairs with the main en-suite.

There are two flatlets adjacent to the Main house, that can be let independently or with the Main house. Both flatlets sleep two adults.

Facilities include a solar heated, salt chlorinated swimming pool that forms the central part of the front garden.  Adjacent to this is a trampoline and an area for feeding the birds, which are in abundance.
To the left of the front door, also on the mountain side there is a tennis court that has been re-surfaced recently and it has the mountain as back drop on 3 sides. 
Near the gate there is a flatlet which consists of an upstairs loft style bedroom and has a lounge/dining area and kitchen and bathroom down stairs.

The upstairs area consists of a guest bedroom, gym/office and games room/TV lounge which is loft style. The TV is a large plasma flatscreen one with a media centre. There is also a ¾ size snooker table.

The Main lounge has a Baby Grand piano

The kitchen is fully equiped and has a Smeg gas stove, 2 fridges, freezer, microwave etc. The dinning room has a 10 seater table and there is a large table with 8 chairs outside on the patio.
