This lovely self-catering holiday accommodation is a townhouse in a secure estate situated on the slopes of Table Mountain in Camps Bay with magnificent mountain and sea views. Camps Bay is on the Atlantic Coast, close to the popular Camps Bay & Clifton beaches; central Cape Town; Table Mountain cable car and the V&A Waterfront. Minutes from seafront restaurants, clubs & bars.

This private apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious open-plan lounge and dining area lead out onto a small garden which is enclosed and nice and safe for children and has patio chairs and barbeque facilities with spectacular views.

The kitchen is on the ground floor and is fully equipped for self catering with oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a drying yard off the kitchen.

The three bedrooms are upstairs with lovely views. One has a double bed, one with two single beds and one with one single bed. There are two bathrooms one is en suite.

The shared sparkling pool in the complex is close by as is the garage and a secure parking bay. The complex is access controlled.

Facilities include DSTV, a video recorder and a music centre.

The beach, shops and restaurant are a few minutes drive away.

Camps Bay, where this lovely convenient townhouse is located is a lively trendy part of Cape Town with wonderful sandy beaches, the magnificent Twelve Apostles as a backdrop and minutes from all that Cape Town has to offer the holiday maker.
